We’re Hiring Interns!

Ultimate Library are looking for social media and marketing interns for our office in Fulham, London. If you’re a fellow bibliophile with experience or a passion for all things marketing then we would love to meet you!
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Offering marketing support
- Research into hotels and interior designers
- Help contact new design & hotel clients
- Assist with on-site library installations
- Assist with maintaining website and updating where necessary
- Creating content for all social media platforms Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn
- Updating and maintaining the company’s contact and image database
- Assisting with any on-going or upcoming marketing campaigns
- Taking photographs of completed projects
- Writing blogs for Ultimate Library’s newsletter and website
- Organising and promoting company events
Useful skills and experience includes:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- Experience / understanding of social media
- Good tone of voice to encourage readership
- Knowledge of trends and hashtags
- Strong literary and design aesthetic interest
- Keen to learn and develop skills
- Interest or experience in marketing and business
Desirable but not essential:
- Photography
- Photoshop skills
